De fait, la médecine prénatale est une discipline particulièrement complexe, et les examens sont lourds de responsabilité pour les échographistes. Ils peuvent aussi être source de stress pour les futurs parents.

Riche de plus 5 ans de collaboration entre les experts mondialement reconnus de l’Hôpital Necker et de l’Ecole Polytechnique, Sonio utilise l’intelligence artificielle pour améliorer le dépistage et diagnostic prénatal. Fondée sur des algorithmes brevetés et une base de données experte propriétaire, Sonio veut devenir l’outil de référence pour aider les échographistes à améliorer le dépistage, diminuer les erreurs diagnostiques, et ainsi optimiser le parcours de soin des patients.

Each year, 140M children are born. Birth defects affect 1 in 33 births in developed countries, and in 50% of cases, they are not detected during prenatal examinations. Prenatal medicine is particularly complex, and the scans impose heavy responsibilities on healthcare professionals. They can also be a source of stress for future parents.

Resulting from 5 years of collaboration between world-renowned experts from Necker Hospital and Ecole Polytechnique, Sonio uses artificial intelligence to improve prenatal screening and diagnosis. Based on patented algorithms and a proprietary expert database, Sonio aims to become the reference tool to help practitioners improve screening, reduce diagnostic errors, and optimize pregnant women’s medical path.

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will have a very cross-functional role working closely with Data Science, Tech, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory & Quality Affairs & Customer-facing teams. You will be directly reporting to the Chief Product Officer. Your main missions:

  • Product contributions:

    • Define and execute the product roadmap by working closely with the tech, clinical, and RAQA teams.

    • Ensure a successful go-to-market strategy in all our markets, working closely with the Customer Success and Sales team.

  • Team contribution

    • Use your experience to improve our overall product development processes

    • Support the CPO in coaching the junior member of the team

    • Develop a data-driven & business culture in the team

About the profile

Sonio is a mission-driven company, so interest in our mission is critical. Other requirements are:

  • You have at least 5-7 years of product experience in a relevant context

  • You are very analytical: you master SQL & data visualisation tools, reporting, UX KPIs, heatmaps, funnels, etc.

  • You value teamwork, and you are team-oriented. This role will interact with most of the teams internally. Moreover, happiness and well-being are a priority in the way we’re building the team, and we also want to be innovative here!

  • Strong desire to work with healthcare professionals; any experience is a plus

  • You speak perfect English and French

Other things that we value but that are not strong requirements:

  • IT or Medical experience (HIS, FHIR, Reporting, Planning, DICOM, etc.)

  • You have experience with OKRs, Sprint, exp. with developers and some Tech knowledge (python, ...)

Location: Paris

Salary: €80k - €100k (includes a 10% bonus)
