De fait, la médecine prénatale est une discipline particulièrement complexe, et les examens sont lourds de responsabilité pour les échographistes. Ils peuvent aussi être source de stress pour les futurs parents.

Riche de plus 5 ans de collaboration entre les experts mondialement reconnus de l’Hôpital Necker et de l’Ecole Polytechnique, Sonio utilise l’intelligence artificielle pour améliorer le dépistage et diagnostic prénatal. About Sonio

Each year, 140M children are born. Birth defects affect 1 in 33 births in developed countries, and in 50% of cases, they are not detected during prenatal examinations. Prenatal medicine is particularly complex, and the scans impose heavy responsibilities on healthcare professionals. They can also be a source of stress for future parents.

Resulting from 5 years of collaboration between world-renowned experts from Necker Hospital and Ecole Polytechnique, Sonio uses artificial intelligence to improve prenatal screening and diagnosis. Based on patented algorithms and a proprietary expert database, Sonio aims to become the reference tool to help practitioners improve screening, reduce diagnostic errors, and optimize pregnant women’s medical path.

About the role

In this role, you’ll become an expert in our product, embracing both technical and clinical complexity. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our implementation capabilities as a US employee and product specialist. The main missions will be:

  • Understand clients' clinical workflows to configure the product and ensure each healthcare professional is getting the most value out of Sonio

  • Ensure the product is installed and ready to use for every client, identifying potential blockers during the install/set-up process

  • Support client & potential client on usage (clinical/technical) and provide insight (incl. data analysis, clinical insight)

  • Support clients with potential bugs and work with engineers to solve them

As a growing expert in our product, this role offers fast progression and high exposure.

About the profile

Sonio is a mission-driven company so interest in our mission is critical. Other requirements are:

  • You have an engineering background

  • You have more than 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS company

  • Strong tech & product knowledge (or ability to pick up): Release process, feature, status of features etc.

  • Ability to understand both the technical and clinical value of the product (with up-to-date clinical guidelines, value proposition etc.)

  • People & communication skills: You can convince users/prospects of our value proposition, you also have the required patience to train and support users & resolve bug

  • You are Analytical and you’re able to share insights with customers

  • You can travel to the client's site for go-live

Location: New York or Boston

Salary: $130k OTE
