Mirakl is seeking a data-driven AI specialist to transform the way our Revenue Operations & Sales teams operate. In this pivotal role, you will harness the power of AI and automation to drive efficiency, elevate performance, and enable smarter decision-making across the organization.

Role Overview

As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you will partner with our business analysts, technical leads, and our extensive sales team to identify impactful opportunities, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions, and champion their adoption across core business activities. Your work will be instrumental in embedding a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Opportunity Identification:
    • Identify high-impact use cases across two core areas:
      1. Sales operations, tools administration, user support, and documentation
      2. Day-to-day sales activities (meeting preparation, opportunity qualification, deal closure)

  • Solution Development:
    • Design, build, and implement AI-driven tools—including custom agents and no-code automations—to streamline workflows, accelerate delivery, and boost productivity.
    • Provide troubleshooting support and guidance to team members to ensure successful adoption and use of new tools.

  • Testing & Measurement:
    • Identify pilot users, run beta tests, define and track KPIs, measure impact, analyze results, and recommend improvements or next steps.

  • AI Transformation Advocacy:
    • Serve as the primary advocate for AI adoption within Revenue Operations and Sales teams
    • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and change.
    • Act as the main liaison between Revenue Operations and the AI & Data team.

Requirements

Background:

  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence—preferably within SaaS, marketplace, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Engineering or technical background preferred

AI Experience:

  • Hands-on experience building with AI (e.g., custom agents, no-code tools, workflow automations)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support AI-powered tools
  • Appetite for AI and automation, ideally with experience developing or deploying AI agents, machine learning models, or LLMs in a business context.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong background in business reporting and analysis
  • Experience with databases (design, management, or administration) is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive change
