To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a high energy, creative, team-oriented Manager, Business Controlling.

Your role:

1. Strategic Financial Leadership:

  • Budget, reforecasting management: Pilot and coordinate the budgeting and reforecasting process for all global Sales, Marketing and Customer Success departments and all Platform revenues
  • Performance metrics: Build financial reporting and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Revenue optimization and cost control: Oversee and enhance revenue streams to align with company objectives and monitor cost control measures to boost financial performance

2. Business Partnering and Analysis:

  • Collaboration: Partner with Top management leaders, providing analysis and strategic insights to increase impact on business performance
  • Business Partner: Actively challenge and support the business to drive performance and strategic initiatives
  • Strategic Decision Support: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to top management

3.Team and Process Management:

  • Team leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 2 business controllers and 1 intern, ensuring effective support for key departments.
  • Process Automation: Lead initiatives to automate and optimize financial processes, leveraging advanced analytics and digital tools to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Continuous process improvement: identify, design, and implement best practices and process enhancements to streamline financial workflows, reduce manual tasks, and support the company’s growth

Your profile :


  • Master's degree from a business school, engineering school, or University, with a specialization in Finance

  • 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis

  • Strong leadership and ability to manage a cross-functional and international team, with a dedication to driving and achieving results

  • Proactive and effective priority management

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization

  • Proficient in financial modeling

  • Structured, organized, resourceful and rigorous approach

  • Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Experience with process automation and the use of advanced analytics tools

  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with various departments

  • Experience with Anaplan, NetSuite, and Alteryx is a plus

  • A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence is a plus and its applications in finance

  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus

  • Fluency in French and English required, as well as exposure to an international environment
