Your Impact

As a Growth Operations Analyst at Mirakl Connect, you’ll play a key role in driving the efficiency and acceleration of our SMB business by turning data into actionable insights and optimizing our entire sales and marketing funnel. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to manage and improve conversion rates, spearhead experimentation, and ensure our go-to-market plans are data-informed and impactful.

What you will do at Mirakl

  • Funnel Analysis & Management: Build, monitor, and improve dashboards that track every stage of the customer journey (from lead to retention). Segment prospects, analyze cohorts, and surface the highest-performing ICPs.
  • Optimization & Experimentation: Contribute to A/B testing and experimentation across landing pages, onboarding, and offers. Identify and recommend quick wins to boost qualification, activation, and retention rates, and drive continuous improvement with RevOps, sales, and marketing.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the connecting point between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Ops, ensuring seamless funnel management and alignment on strategic initiatives. Facilitate the feedback loop to refine campaigns, scoring models, and support processes.
  • Data & Tools: Leverage analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and enrichment tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to monitor, analyze, and optimize performance.
  • Go-to-Market & Acceleration: Contribute actively to the rollout and scaling of the SMB business—benchmark user journeys, analyze segment performance, and help prioritize markets and seller personas.

What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate

  • 2–4 years of experience in growth operations, ideally within a SaaS or marketplace environment
  • Strong analytical mindset and mastery of data analysis and reporting tools (Google Sheets, dashboards, CRM, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and lead enrichment tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation, qualification, and conversion optimization
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable working with Marketing, Sales, Ops, and Product teams
  • Results-driven, autonomous, proactive, and able to prioritize actions based on business impact
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus
