About the Role:

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist with a digital marketing background and a forward-looking approach to AI. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling our digital demand generation strategy across channels, while leveraging AI to stay ahead of the curve in 2025.

This role blends hands-on digital campaign execution with a test-and-learn growth mindset. You’ll be the driving force behind paid acquisition, SEO/SEM, email nurture, and in-app marketing, while experimenting with AI to sharpen targeting, improve personalization, and maximize ROI.

Missions:

  • Digital Demand Generation : Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across all channels, owning key performance metrics such as CAC, CPL, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Funnel Growth & Conversion : Drive qualified leads through the funnel by testing and iterating actions, partnering with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure alignment on ICP, messaging, and lead quality.
  • AI-Enhanced Marketing : Experiment with AI tools to improve targeting, predictive scoring, creative generation, and campaign automation, while identifying opportunities to enhance speed, scalability, and personalization.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on digital performance, providing actionable insights and continuously refining tactics.
  • Website & In-App Marketing: Collaborate with Product and Design teams to optimize digital journeys, CTAs, and landing pages for conversion, and test AI-powered personalization to adapt the user experience in real time.
  • Experimentation & Growth Mindset: Lead a culture of continuous testing across creative, messaging, and channels, while staying ahead of digital trends to keep marketing relevant and future-proof.

Your profile :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or communications.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, preferably in a high-tech environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask.
  • Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal).
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence, with the ability to translate AI knowledge and trends into actionable marketing strategies, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and performance.
  • Familiarity with a range of Ad tech tools.
  • Fluent in English and French.
