The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Finance team led by Anastasia Derly, FP&A Director.

You'll be participating in Mirakl's financial activities, playing a critical role in driving business performance and strategic decision-making.

As a Financial AI Transformation Analyst, you'll be at the intersection of AI and finance, pioneering the integration of artificial intelligence into financial processes and analytics.

Your Impact

  1. Identify and develop AI use cases for FP&A: Collaborate closely with the FP&A team to identify high-impact automation and optimization opportunities through AI, including financial forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive GMV analysis. Design and deploy custom conversational agents and AI assistants to automate recurring or complex tasks.

  2. Build and industrialize AI models: Develop AI models applied to finance, such as time series forecasting (revenue, forecasts), automated cohort analysis, predictive scoring, and reporting optimization. Lead the production deployment of these models in collaboration with FP&A teams, from development to operational maintenance.

  3. Measure and maximize AI initiative impact: Ensure alignment with financial strategy by tracking and optimizing the performance of AI solutions.

  4. Drive AI adoption and transformation within finance teams: Serve as an AI ambassador within finance by training teams on new tools, documenting processes, and creating intuitive dashboards to facilitate adoption. Lead change management with FP&A teams to ensure sustainable deployment and lasting use of AI solutions.

  5. Conduct technology watch: Monitor the latest AI innovations applicable to finance and share key trends with the team.

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in engineering with AI/Data specialization, AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • Previous experience in data science, ML, or AI (internship, academic project, hackathon) is a plus

Skills

  • Strong command of Python and main data science and ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch)
  • Interest in finance, numbers, and financial data analysis (no deep prior finance experience required)
  • Curious, autonomous, with strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical profiles
  • Team player : you collaborate effectively and share best practices to elevate team performance
  • Interest in e-commerce, tech, and marketplaces is a plus

Languages

  • Fluent in English (international environment)
