Role Overview:

The Growth Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation and customer acquisition at scale and at global level. You will own the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs designed to deliver a high volume of high-quality leads, leveraging both online and offline channels. This is a hands-on, results-driven role where your expertise in SMB marketing and demand generation will directly contribute to our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to generate a high volume of qualified leads across multiple channels (paid media, SEO/SEM, email, social, partnerships, events, etc.).
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and scale lead acquisition while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Constantly test, iterate, and scale online demand generation tactics that resonate with your target audiences.

Integrated Marketing Strategy

  • Design and implement an integrated marketing plan combining digital and offline tactics to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion in the SMB market.
  • Collaborate with Product and Business teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives to maximize impact.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance and pipeline impact; use insights to optimize campaigns and adjust strategies in real time.

Content & Messaging

  • Work closely with product marketing, content and creative teams to develop compelling messaging, offers, and assets tailored for the SMB segment.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Become the cross functional leader who partners with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and ensure business objectives are met in all our core regions (US/EMEA).

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of driving lead generation and acquisition at scale in SMB-focused organizations.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and organic channels (SEO, content marketing).
  • Experience with field marketing and ABM approaches is a strong plus.

Skills


  • Deep understanding of SMB buying behaviors and the ability to craft strategies that engage this audience effectively.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
